David Ubaka
A Chartered Architect and urban designer with 25 years experience working in the Built environment, both in the private and public sectors, 15 years of which as a Senior Executive. David has a proven record of Corporate leadership, Strategic assessment, forward planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, budget control, design review and business management.
His project experience includes: Major transport infrastructure planning and design; mixed-use housing led and retail led regeneration; masterplanning, development site appraisal and feasibility studies, healthcare and social care facilities, street and public realm design, heritage restoration, off-site manufacture; the creation of spatial policy and guidance documents.
David is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT) and Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). A member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Associate of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS). He has been a Built Environment Expert (BEE) for Design Council CABE undertaking Design Reviews and Workshops since 2012.
