SITE IDENTIFICATION & DEVELOPMENT
We successfully delivered two sites through Heads of Terms at Croydon and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Croydon is now developed and trading.
The later was achieved as part of the sucessfull Balfour Beatty/Places for People bid on the Sweetwater and Eastwick site. We created a phased implementation strategy of the proposed interim development to sit within the bid.
Client - Boxpark Ltd
At the request of Hackney Council Officers, we guided Boxpark through the TFL Rail consents process which hadn't been considered and threatened the non-delivery of the original site in Shoreditch.
We utilised our Public sector contacts to identify sites in London for the planned expansion beyond the first Shoreditch site for this former client.
We designed and implemented - through a series of client and targeted landowner meetings - the land requirement criteria and search parameters. Beyond the usual site area requirements we filtered in other bespoke criteria such as demographics, surrounding land-uses, etc.
New Sites
We are working with a selective number of small independent developers to identify off-market
sites throughout the UK.
We bring forward sites either though direct sale, long lease or Joint Venture. We take on the design and planning risk in either case.
